The Port Arthur Evening Sertoma will sponsor a fish fry on behalf of the Capland Speech Therapy Center on Friday, March 22, 2013 from 10:30a.m.-1:00p.m., at the American Legion Hall Post #7, 3750 International Boulevard, Port Arthur, Texas.
