Sam Houston Electric Cooperative (SHECO) and Power Engineers Incorporated (Consultant) continue
Permitting through AFE Approval 2Q24 (Apr). Upon Approval, Sam Houston Electric expects to release
RFPs for General Contractor 1Q24 (Mar). Selected General Contractor will conduct Engineering and
release RFQs and Bid Documents for Equipment 2Q24 (Jun). Consumables plus Subcontractors as
required 4Q24 (Dec). Construction is scheduled for Kick-Off 3Q24 (Sep). Project completion is
expected 4Q25 (Oct).

Turbine. Cleco Cajun LLC continues Maintenance Planning & Scheduling through AFE approval 1Q24 and
will release RFQ's with Bid Documents for Equipment, Consumables and Specialty Subcontractors as
required 2Q24 (Apr) thru 3Q24 (Jul). Maintenance Outage is scheduled to kickoff 4Q24 (Oct) and is
expected to be completed by 4Q24 (Nov)
WESTLAKE NATURAL GAS 826MW LAKE CHARLES POWER BLOCK #01 1Q24 MAINTENANCE OUTAGE - $2.8 Million
ANNUAL INSPECTIONS AND REPAIRS TO: (2) 276MW Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems M501G Heavy Frame

Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions Corporation Steam Turbine. Entergy Gulf States Louisiana LLC
continues Maintenance Planning & Scheduling through AFE approval 3Q23 (Jul) and will release RFQs
with Bid Documents for Equipment, Consumables and specialty Subcontractors as required 4Q23 (Oct)
thru 4Q23 (Dec). 826MW Natural-Gas Combined Cycle Unit #01 17-Day Maintenance Outage is scheduled
to kickoff 1Q24
(Mar) and is expected to be completed by 1Q24 (Mar).
